Exchange Policy - NonTaiDat.vn
With the desire to ensure absolute satisfaction for our customers when shopping online, Tai Dat has established clear regulations for product exchanges. This ensures that the item you purchase is the perfect fit and meets your expectations.
Eligible Cases for Exchange:
- Products that are unused, with all original tags, labels, and seals intact.
- The exchanged product must include all original accessories and promotional gifts as listed on the purchase invoice.
- The replacement product must be of equivalent value (no cash refunds; if there is a price difference, it will be issued as a shopping voucher valid for 6 months).
- The item delivered does not match the type or model ordered.
- The order is incomplete (missing quantities or components).
- The product is damaged upon arrival (torn fabric, peeling, or broken parts) before use.
- The product is defective or fails to meet quality standards (non-functional or objective damage within the scope of the manufacturer's/supplier's warranty).
Cases Ineligible for Exchange:
- Products showing signs of use (protective film sticker removed from the visor, helmet padding showing signs of wear).
- Returned items that do not match the original model or were not purchased from Tai Dat.
- Products damaged during use (scratches, impacts, tears, dropped, etc.).
- Warranty period has expired or the customer failed to follow instructions to qualify for warranty service.
- Returned goods that were not properly packaged, resulting in damage during transit from the customer to Tai Dat.
Quality Commitment
- To maintain our reputation and customer trust, Tai Dat guarantees that all goods are 100% genuine, authentic, and brand new.
- Tai Dat is not responsible if goods are lost or damaged during transportation from the customer to our location.
- To avoid risks, please inspect the package thoroughly before signing for receipt. We will not be responsible for product discrepancies once the customer has signed the delivery receipt.
Exchange Timeframe & Procedures
For exchange requests, please contact Tai Dat as soon as possible (between 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM) or message us via Zalo / Fanpage fb.com/probikervn. Our online sales consultants will proactively respond or call to provide detailed guidance on the exchange process.
A. Valid Timeframe for Exchanges
- Regions with Tai Dat stores: Within 3 days from the date on the delivery invoice.
- Other provinces/cities: Within 3 days from the date on the courier receipt or postmark.
B. Exchange Procedure
- Repack the entire product into the original packaging or box sent by Tai Dat. Please clearly state the reason for the exchange for each product on the sales invoice or a separate note included with the item.
- Immediately after sending the goods, please notify Tai Dat via Zalo, Facebook, email, or phone.
- Shipping fees for the exchange service will be covered by the customer.
- Upon receiving the goods, Tai Dat will provide feedback or contact you directly to resolve the issue.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
The product must be unused, with all original tags, labels, and seals intact.
The product must include all accessories and promotional gifts according to the purchase invoice.
The product must show no signs of use.
Tai Dat reserves the right to refuse the exchange if there are any signs that the product has been used.
EXCHANGES AFTER 3 DAYS FROM PURCHASE
Complaints will not be resolved after 03 days.
Complaints will not be resolved if the product shows signs of use.
Manufacturer defects reported after 72 hours, or if the product was used during those 72 hours, will be processed under standard warranty regulations.
NOTES
- Policy does not apply to issues based on subjective customer preferences, such as: wrong size (if the customer already tried and measured the size directly in-store), tight fit (based on international standard sizing), change of mind, color not matching the vehicle, etc.
- When requesting an exchange for a lower-priced product, the difference will not be refunded. Please select additional products to match the original value.
